Naddu's piece square tables (the
PeSTO values) as heat maps, from white's side
with rank 8 at the top. The tables are fetched from the engine with the pst command, which can also change them, so
if you edit them in naddu.js or with the command this page follows. Black's tables are white's
flipped unless set separately, so only white's are shown. Middlegame (mg) and endgame (eg) values are blended by the
tapered eval as pieces come off. One colour scale is shared by
all twelve tables, red is good for the piece and blue is bad, so the tables can be compared with each other.
